Hi all, I have 3 bottles of grants vanilla custard 2x50ml 12mg and 1x30ml 0% which I was thinking about swapping I have had this about 8 months, the 12 mg are very dark in colour. I just wanted to check, as a noob to the forum, I didn't want to poison anybody.

I have some 2 year old GVC. Might vape it sometime this winter. Should be fine. It will be very, very dark though. I'd imagine there are people that would pay good money for the 8 month old 50ml bottles. You could probably get full price, as it's often not available.

I have some I got from LT's a couple of months ago that have Dec 2015 as a use by date. It wouldn't surprise me if they were good for longer though.

Ok thanks for the info will probably do some swaps as it isn't for me though I do like my custard flavours. I just didn't like GVC.

Providing it's been kept in a cool, dark place it should be of a fine vintage now tcg69. The majority of eliquids darken over time, some more so than others - I never pay any attention to use by dates, on anything really. Common sense tells me if something isn't right. Some of my well steeped Custardy eliquids.

Use by relates more to nicotine degradation then anything else I believe - nicotine dissipates I've time so that 2 year old juice may no longer be the strength it was mixed at. Other than that providing it tastes okay vape on

I asked the same question a few weeks ago, but your getting the same answers as me, think when it tastes bad it's when it's off, is the best way to go about it as some have had liquids for over a couple of years some say 6 months to a year, i don't think anyone knows really

I was always led to believe it was 2 years then it starts to go off.

It all depends how you've stored it, any longer than a year or two . . . if that's the intention. Then decanted into glass bottles and tucked away in the freezer is the best option and will help slow down any degradation of nicotine and flavour. Flavoured eliquid isn't likely to last as long as an unflavoured Nicotine Base is the thinking, though I'm using some ready made I bought 3+years ago which has been in the freezer and it's absolutely fine.

My local b+m told me that they don't stock 30ml bottles because it'll go off before I could finish it heh also told me that they were the only people that made juice sourced in uk and everything bought online was from China and full of poison that will kill me! Good job I knew he's full of crap but I fear for any new vapors that might be put off by all this misinformation.

Thanks everybody for the replies I think I'm safe to swap it or sell it. Many thanks Tony Won't have any problem getting this swapped or sold as it always fetches a premium due to it being out of stock on a nearly continuous basis and can go for daft prices. Never tried it but there's people who love it more than their kids
