Yep. Get all the info. Addresses, status etc etc. It's all there. Amazing!!
The fact that they were both 'instant' orders that now appear on a brand new account amazes me more. Linking like that is genius tbh

Had exactly the same happen to me when I ordered the vamo which was in the group buy the last time in the end I gave up as I got sick of waiting for it to change status so got a refund.

What get me tho is there were (apparently) plenty in stock when I ordered. 37 iirc That's exactly what the group buy said. Then after I'd paid for it it went to collecting products status and never changed. Contacted doris and she sorted out the refund for me and was nice about it. Asked why I'd cancelled etc.

I've emailed them to find out what's happening with that item. If this goes to a refund I'll not be buying from them again!!

Thanks for all the responses. Same email used for focal and paypal. Just doesn't inspire confidence when these kind of problems occur. I'll sit tight and wait, isn't a huge order anyway, was mainly to check out their delivery times and quality vs fasttech these days.
