Placed an order for a couple of clearos and some drip tips. Payment was made via paypal, and received email from paypal saying that payment was taken and from wallbuys saying they had received the order. Order placed 7th aug. Logged in to site just now and still no trace of order on the account. Is this normal for them? As order was under $20 I didn't expect a tracking number, but did at least expect the site to acknowledge the existence of the order. Think I'll stick to other suppliers from now on if they cant even get this right.

Maybe coming from North Lanarkshire confuses the system . Any concerns just fire a pm to Foclecig and she'll check it out if you give her the pp transaction number.

I don't find it the easiest of sites must confess . . . but Foclecig is always on hand to sort anything out. It would make her job easier though I'd think if weren't necessary - though I wouldn't discount using Focal because of it thatguy.

I think they are going through a full website change in the past two or three weeks and that may explain it. Foclecig will sort you out for sure Good advice from striker42:)

Just a thought thatguy you have to use the same user name as your paypal account for the orders to show. Or did not sure if it's been changed recently as I don't use them.

Great info peeps. I fell into this recently. As my paypal uses a different email my orders don't show on site. All I can do is sit and wait for my kit to arrive.

You can check using the paypal email and order number though? Although group buys and smaller orders don't give actual tracking details apparently.

If you go into your account, then under basic setting there should be a link 'binding new account'. it lets you change your paypal email.

Try creating a new account with either Wallbuys or Focalecig (whichever one you bought from) and use your Paypal email address as the contact email, then log into it and see if you can see the order thatguy

I've tried it. I have a funny feeling I ordered outside of my account. So my emails when to an old unused email. All I can do is assume everything is okay and stalk the postie I can't use the paypal/order number to track as I never got any emails from focal - they went to the dead email addy
