I know this has been covered a thousand times before, but typing this is quicker than searching the AAEC archives at this time of night! My wife has now decided that she likes the MPT3 but I only have 3 or 4 stock coils, with 2 now defunct. How do I recoil them to ensure that there is no leakage or gurgling please? Is it simply a matter of adding a flavour wick of CW on top of the (inevitable) microcoil which I will put in? Or are there any other tricks and tops that I should know about? Thanks in advance for your answers!

How easy or hard do you want it? Single or dual coil? Self made or prebuilt coils? NR legs or single wire coils? Believe it or not, dual coiling these heads is really simple once you get the hang of it. When I first began I had a success rate of about 95%, the occasional short due to lower coil being out of sight, but now almost all my dual coils are constant 1.3 ohms and smoother than maggie simpsons butt. I'll post a guide 2morrow if you like (too late, and beer imbalanced atm)

thatguy - a guide would be really useful, thanks - whenever convenient, no rush! Probably microcoil with CW or Rayon, no concerns there, more the question of how to fill the gap above the coil in the slot, below the silicone washer to prevent leakage. If it was for me, I could fix it, but it needs to be fool-proof for the OH - she just wants to vape, not faff around with leaking devices Thanks for the guidance though!

I use Naturevape coils in mine and just dry burn and re-wick every 1-2 weeks, trouble free and good vape
