The charging board is already in it, it works out about the same height/ depth as a MVP but wider, he's doing a build feature soon which could make very interesting reading. The one he built cost him £9 he bought the box second hand for £3, so even at full price you are looking at less than £15 (and a lot of hard work)

Now put in magnets to hold the battery cover on. Neodymium block magnets 6mm x 4mm x 2mm N35I washed everything in IPA then super glued them in pairs first to make 4 of 6 mm x 4 mm x 4 mm, then glued to the main case, the put the plastic cover on to get the correct orientation before gluing the other of the pair in to the cover. Then I used white Sugru to hold the plastic cover on and seal on the battery side in case of a battery venting, I also used it to fill the screw holes on the cover.
