So.... It's year today since I began my vaping journey ! Clearly recall having my last cig the night before and putting a patch on in the morning ... By lunchtime I was climbing the walls and asked my other half to nip the local b&m to get me an ecig !!! Knowing nothing about them at all !! He got me a basic ego starter kit for the rip off price of £30 and 24mg hill smoke !!
Hooked from the first puff ( which amazed me as actual "smoke" came out !!!!!
Not a cig since and now on 7mg
Just like to thank all the wonderful people on here for so much knowledge and support

without you I wouldn't have got in to mixing or my fab mechs

So thank you and here's to another year off the cigs
