Hey up I'm looking for a good gingerbread recipe. My nephew loves the stuff and has asked if I can make him some. Now I'm very new to mixing and have only mixed single flavours so far. Does know a good flavour or recpie I could use? Thanks

I'll second Kev's recommendation . . . no other Gingerbread's come close for me, to Capella's. 20% nothing else added - delish. Or if you want to be more adventurous troglet.

I have some CCW gingerbread steeping. Not sure how it will taste, but if the smell is anything to go by I won't be making anymore as a stand alone.

redz - don't be fooled by the smell, I have some JJ Gingerbread mixed from concentrate, and it smells nasty but tastes really lush!! I think I mixed at 15%, but I do like quite prominent flavours. You could start at around 12% and up it from there if it's too weak. Capella GB is the business, though, I have to agree with Frogster (The Alchemist)!

Can you believe it, i went to order a gingerbread concentrate and as you do got carried away and ended up spending £25. Patiently waited for the deliver, it came today and low and behold I forgotten to order the flipping gingerbread. On the plus side I do have the concerntrates to have a go at a custard although for some reasonI have two raspberries ??? No i need to find time to have another go at mixing, so far I love what Ive mixed, all single flavours but very nice x

My home made JJ gingerbread at 20% is too strong, definitely ginger, not sure about gingerbread. Going to let it steep some more and try again.

MM, I have some mixed too boyofford, still not sure about it after about 2 months! I think I may decant some into a 10ml bottle and add some Dulce de Leche or Bavarian Cream to try and soften it up a bit.

Do like my juice to have a bit of a kick though.
Mixed up JJ cinnamon at same time, 20%....oh my god way too strong! Did a mix with cinnamon at 5% with some other flavours(blackcurrant 10%, keylime 10%) and still tastes of mostly of cinnamon, nice kick to it still.
