A bit of Praise for JooseJuice

Earlier today I asked a question on here about Juice strengths and if Nic Mg affects the flavour, I had several replies but with no definite answer as it seems it's an individual thing and many things can affect the flavour, anyway as I had JJ bookmarked even though I've never used them yet, I thought I would mail them and ask them, now I often mail people or companies for information, rarely I'll get a reply the same day, usually it's a day or two if they even bother to reply, within an hour I had a nice E/mail from Jim giving me all the Info I needed also saying if I didn't understand it or needed anymore info to mail him, now that's what I call great service considering I've never ordered from them, one thing is for sure is that if that is their level of service they will definitely getting my custom in the future,,

i've been emailing Jim a bit about various things and he always responds very quickly, I ordered 5 liquids from him and ordered them at top strength as i like strong flavours he suggested i try the medium and if they weren't strong enough he would refund me, they weren't strong enough for me except one and he refunded me great service will use again but at full strength.

It's a great thing to find a vendor with great service, great products and great prices. Few and far between

Actually it's one of the things I like about this forum, if someone gets good service they mention it, if it's negative they also mention it! this is the only Vaping forum I use but I belong to quite a few other forums, and all of them only allow post giving praise, if you mention something negative your post gets moderated and deleted,, here you get a balanced view some will praise a company and someone else will be negative, at least you get the choice to use it or not, I used a company on a boating forum because it has good reviews not realising you could only praise company's, I had the worst experience with them ever, I posted about the service on the forum and it was deleted about an hour later, only then did I start getting PM's from other members telling me they had similar experiances with them,
