Mixing not going well - Help please!!

Thanks prowler, that's exactly the kind of info i need, much appreciated.
not a big fan of coconut on it's own, but going to try the rum+coconut. caramel+hazelnut sounds good too!

I'll just add, if you don't like something when you're halfway through an atty, think of something that will go with it and mix it in the atty. You can find some strange mixes that way. There's no laws here.
