Perpetua After the results from the 'custard challenge' I was going to try and do your mix using CCW custard, and whilst I was looking I saw the aniseed and fruit mix so I thought I might as well try those out as they seem to work out a lot cheaper than the 10ml flavours from LT.

I got the Tino d'milano Virginia as it has the same logo as the premade Virginia that I have been using. Ill try the LT Tobak next time I order from LT.

After I ordered it I saw that LT had it in liquid form so I got a 10ml bottle while I was getting the Virginia flavour from them.

Good to hear you're sorted hijack.

But, I absolutely wouldn't make up 30ml of your flavours to begin with - it's a large volume to tweak/waste if it's not to your tastes initially. You'd do far better to mix up 10ml of each and take it from there, truly.

Vanillin, I pop about 2/3rds of a small level teaspoon to about 10ml of PG - in a ramekin dish, so it's easier to stir and dissolve, you can warm it if needs be to help the powder dissolve. Then draw it up in a syringe and bottle.

Ok Perpetua ill do 10ml bottles to start until I know they are ok.
I think I have enough premade to last 4-6 weeks so that should give me time to get it right, so there's no hurry to get a big batch made up.
That Vanillin is going to last forever.

CCW's Forest Fruits is absolutely fine after a week if you're itching to try something hijack.

Oh well that's sounds ok. TBO I only use aniseed to mix with another flavour to give it just a slight aniseed lift. Ive been putting about 10% premixed into Tobacco or custard or fruit just to give it that little bit of flavour.

The first two are the flavour to add to your base nic mix which I always use 50/50 pg vg at 18mg

the last one is the wonder ingredient as it's a sweetener used in candy making.

i add a 10 drops while the mix is steeping give it a shake and then repeat a few times over the next few weeks then have a taste and if it's not perfect I add a few more drops.

its no mad cooking system or anything I normally make 500mls at a time so it's


4 x 10mls of number 1

1 x 10mls of number 2

as many drops of number 3 to get it sweet enough

and steep steep steep and it will change colour in a week or two 

simples init

chefs vapour also do a fantastic bannoffee cookie dough that is just out of this world

Pleased to see you use TPA's VC in your mix markscuba . . . it tends to get overlooked with Capella's being so popular.

It's every bit as nice for me and less pricey if you regularly make vanilla custard mixes.
