Forgot to say spacey make one with and one without the sweetner, funnily enough such a small amount does make a difference, infact make 3 one without , one with, and one with double the sweetner, I'm thinking the sweetner could be the key.

That's what I thought to - and was sure EM was used as it's quite distinctive tasting. I tried adding more EM to mine but that just overpowered everything else and didn't bring through Grants taste. But now....am starting to wonder (and I know this may sound weird) could it be sweetner plus a very tiny bit of koolada?? Or am I now just plucking random ideas out of the custard ether

Still, I'm having fun experimenting so am happy to keep trying, while making sure I have a back up bottle of the real thing to savour
