replacment o rings for kfl v2

Heyas I managed to mangle the filling screw o ring last time I filled it up opened it today to refill and it was shredded in 3 bits 
Luckily I had a bag of spares and there was 1 teeny tiny o ring for that screw.
I got the kfl from FyneMods does anyine know where to get a supply of these teensy o rings from as ill no doubt ennd up killing anouther ( note to oneself do not refil kayfun after takeing  30 mil oramorph ) doesn't end well.

I would measure them (inner diameter and thickness) and look on eBay, you can probably use PTFE tape if you run out.

Kayfun lite+ V2,

Filler screw seals= 2mm ID x 1mm C/S,

Chimney seals= 5mm ID x 1.5mm C/S

Tank seals= 19mm ID x 1mm C/S
