Fired off an email. I used to be really up oin adding codes and things, I used cashback sites all the time, but just lately I've not been buying so much online and have forgotten the habit.

Well I have to say I did the same thing with them a while ago and was told their system wouldn't allow any refund/ credit, so I hope you have better luck! Mind you, mine was a pre-order, so of course I had the option of cancelling  |
