Keep us posted, I'll donate for sure! I'm hopefully going to do a BHF cycle ride around Glastonbury next year with an ex-colleague of mine from Hertfordshire, as a warm up for the London to Brighton ride next September - that one sounds mental!!

One thing to watch out for on the London to Brighton is that good old British Rail ban carrying bikes on the trains that weekend, they say that there are too many normal passengers, so you ride from London to Brighton but cant put your bike on the train to go back again Steve (VapeStorm) nice challenge mate, rather you than me, sponsorship will be forthcoming

Training has begun. Slowly building up on the treadmill. 4x20 minute fast walking sessions a day. Increasing by 10 minutes every few days. 1 long walk out with the dog a day with 10lb rucksac weight increasing distance and weight gradualy over time note. Starting weight 18st 4 also if a mod would be kind enough to move this thread to blogs and journals

Good luck Steve, big plastic bottles of water are good for training weights in your rucksac as if it too much or you get an injury you can just pour out the water.
