I have ordered some flavour concentrates form the alchemists cupboard: Elderflower, mango, walnut and capella amaretto
Does anyone have any recomendations on what percentage i should mix for optimum flavour and how long should i steep for ?
Thanks

Presumably you thinking of making ' standalone ' mixes with those flavours @alopezg1, as opposed to combining them with other concentrates? I'm sure Kev Frogster (The Alchemist) will also be only to willing to give you some guidance as well.

I have the Elderflower @alopezg1 which I bought for my other half, I mixed it at 15% and it was quite weak, so I topped it up to 20%. Not sure about the steeping time for it as it's been in the cupboard for a good few weeks already and as it's not my kind of vape, lady cHooBey hasn't got round to trying it out yet. I always leave that type of flavour for a minimum of 2 weeks anyway.

Yes I was thinking of trying them as standalone , and maybe mixing some together if I think they might go. I received them yesterday and the hazelnut and amaretto smell absolutely amazing. The Mango and elderflower smell nice too but fainter and less accurate than those two, maybe they will change with steeping and taste more authentic than they smell. I made up 10ml of each last night and might try the hazelnut or amaretto as I think they probably don't need much steeping time

Fruits take the least time I find, so I'd be more inclined to try them first - smell doesn't always indicate that the ingredients have had time to get to know each other.

I hope you don't mind me hijacking a little alopezg1. Ive been looking at the elderflower and blackberry concentrates from alchemists cupboard, any idea what ratio or percentages I should try mixing at?

I have tried 5 of the alchemists "Organic" concentrates so far and enjoyed them all. I found the flavours tasted very authentic and none had those nasty chemical undertones present in most other brands. The grapefruit & pomegranate we're especially moreish.
I usually mix my Capella flavours at 20-25% but unfortunately with the Alchemists flavours I found myself using between 30%-35% for a similar flavour hit.

We use most flavours between 20 and 25% but.... there are a few VERY strong ones that only need 10% (for example Liquorice, Aniseed, etc).
As they are natural & organic they do take a little longer to mature via steeping (about 2 weeks), but if you have the patience they are well worth the wait. We have a few favourites, Elderflower, Grapefruit, Rhubarb, Liquorice, etc.
We also have another 10 new Natural & Organic flavours that we will try and add to the webshop over the next week or so, after testing has been completed.
