Liberty Flights.........

I occasionally order my concentrates from Liberty Flights & whilst perusing their site this morning,have only just realised that they have a B & M 10 minutes away from me, so am gonna go pay them a visit today to save on postage..........watch this space.....

Don't get your hopes up.

My local liberty flights sells overpriced ego kits and their XO liquid. That's it. Been open around a year now. So their original there's so little stock because we've just opened' like didn't ring true.

The staff have very little knowledge too. Lovely, but zero vaping awareness.

My local liberty flights sells overpriced ego kits and their XO liquid. That's it. Been open around a year now. So their original there's so little stock because we've just opened' like didn't ring true.

The staff have very little knowledge too. Lovely, but zero vaping awareness.

Sadly Jerri , this one is identical.........a prime location & a good size premises, but no stock, display (as such), or furnishings..........been open a couple of months, but, at present, just stocking the same as your local one.......I'll be keeping an eye on it & hopefully, they'll take on board suggestions made.....it must be costing a fortune in rent........

I'm lucky I have a really good vape shop 15 minutes walk from my house in school hill....

Has loads of different egos and clearos and a fab range of juice and knowledgeable staff - right Cameron

Even got his dearly beloved to make malteser slice on the day he opened (how could ANYONE not go in when he has free malteser slice? )

and I've only been to one of their shops but I believe eCigWizard to have a nice little chain of shops on the east coast ...their shop in Peterborough is amazing!!!!

Also good shop about half way down Leith Walk in Edinburgh (though I can't remember what it's called) and also coffee and vape in Douglas Isle of Man

They said at my local that more stock would be added but a year later and it's still the same. Thankfully I have rojeans to go to. Adam stocks all sorts. Tiny shop but more juice than you can shake a stick at. Plus mods/tanks etc.

I do....

it's because experienced vapers can see through the limited range and high prices that many (not all of them, of course) of them charge, and are often more knowledgeable than the staff in said shops... the owners of that type of vape shop are only in it for the money, and let's face it, there's more to be made in expensive ready-made juices, over-priced small clearos and replacement coils than there is in nic base, concentrates and rebuilding supplies. And, there's an awful lot of customers for that type of thing (probably 95% of the estimated 2mil vapers in the country I would imagine)

I started my journey into vaping with LF... and I'm sad to see that their B&M shops are not delivering their promise. They obviously know their own business, but I'm very surprised at the practically total negative feedback on their stores. There's also some issues with their website regarding suitable products... I hope they can get their act together because they were the ones that got me into this.

ETA: Perhaps an ideal subject for 'Undercover Boss'

Have to say I've only ever ordered from their site once or twice. But that's just because my go to vendors are ukecigcabin and vape escape when ordering online. Simply because they both have a great rep for customer service, I've only ever had one problem with one item which was sorted right away. For that I don't mind paying a few extra £.

The staff in the LF shop are lovely though but seem to be hired based on retail experience and the poor things do seem very out of their depth when people are asking vape related questions. No idea what an 18650 was. No idea what a pro tank was and were generally amazed by my vamo, which let's face it is a starter mod. The one most people go to after their ego batts. No idea what ratio the liquids were etc. But they do try.

Not ideal but rather lovely staff with little knowledge than knowledgable staff who are condescending and off putting (something I've also experienced).

Went into my local liberty flights shop today, had fair bit of stock there and all I wanted juice wise, vaping some of it right now and it ain't half bad.
