The very best if to double wind it or wind it twice, the first pic I posted above I wound it once, move the coil to another rod the same size and wound it a second time. Just clean the kantahl first with wet n dry then IPA and they are excellent, stays clean for more than twice as long. I posted about this way back and IIRC the coil lasted three or four times a long, these are the pics with a kayfun after each refill (normally my juice clogs the wick and coil after a tank full).      |

On the inside of the curve circle that you wound it first. After winding as normal (couple of extra turns for wastage) put the coil on another rod and wind onto the whatever you wound it on first.  |

4 of the rods not used just use the 1.6mm rod and purchase the bolt and wing nut from local hardware store |
