Hi all,
Thinking of getting a fogger rda RBA but confused about versions! (I'm so used to asking about rdas I mistyped!!!)
I read somewhere that the best version has wider build area and more airflow but can't for the life of me figure out where I read that or which version is the good one!
I'm not adverse to clones, or a fasttech wait, but don't mind paying for better quality clone from uk either....or even buyig original if it ain't to expensive? though cheaper price for good clone preferred.
Any thought people?
Cheers Rich

There's two schools of thought. I'm on the side that prefers the wider deck (easier to build but lower capacity), but probably because I've only ever owned one, the 4.3
There's benefits to the smaller decks tho, as the smaller chamber gives a smoother vape and the tank can hold more juice.
If you can work on a smaller deck I got to be fair and recommend the smaller decks.
So, it is an RBA

While Im not 100% isn`t there just 1 version of the rda (dripper) and a million versions of the tank .
Foggers are foggers , they are all original . Ive got a 4.1 and with a bit of advice got it working well but my kayfuns with a single coil seam better to me . Quite a bit better . Personally I wouldn`t get a fogger .

What's the difference in capacity? I'd probably prefer wider deck as used to drippers and low ohms. Which version is that?

I have looked at getting a kayfun, but want something I can use at lower ohms / higher watts.

Ive tried the fogger down to .7ohm and kayfuns down to the same . Ive drilled the airflow on the kayfuns at 2mm and normally run them somewhere .9- 1.2 depending on the mood . Better airflow with the drilled kayfuns , better flavour , similar fog and all off one coil rather than 2 so much quicker to build and soo much less faffing with the wick . Another hate for the fogger 4.1 if you get the build wrong the deck obstructs the fill hole so you cant easily syringe the juice back out . I`m not sure if thats all foggers but the one I have has the small deck so cant see it happening better with big decks . Ripshod and @leon seam to like em . For me its my worst tank .

I think there are 3 versions of the fogger, each has a different size deck and the chimney differs as well. I don't know which is best but the pics may help identify what your looking at.

I'm a dripper man, got no rbas at all, just got some protank minis for rare occasions where I'd rather not drip.
But a protank mini is a piss poor vape when your used to dripping.
Reason I thought of the fogger is seems popular in cloud chasing circles so assumed would be a comparable vape, I like it airy.

I bought one a week ago. I "think" it's the v4.2 after doing some reading up..
Built it twice and still not happy with it. Airflow is a bit restrictive and flavour is no where near kayfun territory. Coils aren't the issue but finding the right amount of cotton certainly is!
Mine is the small deck version with threaded airflow ring. Has fogger on the chimney, and fogger 4.0 on the tank section.
I'm going to be drilling the airflow and enlarging the juice channels when I get a minute just to experiment. I only bought it after hearing (constantly!) that it was as close to a rda that a tanks going to get.. I'm sceptical to say the least but time will tell!!

I`m thinking of drilling mine out too Dan. Not much to loose . Probably have to bin the air flow ring as that blocks 1/2 the holes already and then it will look cack .

I know, the foggers are confusing and it doesn't help that they get referred to as the oldest 4.0 being 4.0 the older 4.0 as 4.1 and the 4.1ultimate as the 4.2. Very confusing. Or maybe it just confused the hell out of me and I got it all back to front ???

I own the 4.1, it has a smaller deck but larger capacity and and airer draw...ver airy, IMO it handles higher power better compared to the kayfun when above 17 watts. The build is a pita to first set up but it's not a deal breaker
The clone is no cheaper than the original, I got an original for around £30 I think ....but since I'm mainly using my rose (x3 lol) its took a back seat.
Could be up for a trade if you are still interested in getting one??

I'm going to "modify" the airflow ring by removing the smaller flange so it becomes functional. Just don't know if I have the steady hand to modify the juice channels!
