Been having a few moments with this and I dont know why. I changed coil filled her up and then it pisssed out the airflow controller It happened 3 times. Do you think it could be lack of rayon??? If you're getting juice out of the air hole then it's flooding. Either it needs just a little more wick in the juice channels, ooooooooor you've damaged an o-ring. Check the rings in the cap and the base. If it's too little wick then it won't leak any when it's stood upright (a little clue). Also make sure both chimey sections are screwed together correctly. Once happened to me - I didn't screw the airflow right down before fitting the bottom tank section. It leaked through a gap above the airflow ring and I thought it was from the air holes.

These tanks rely on a vacuum to hold the juice in. When you replace the top tank section you're actually pressurising the tank. You will lose some juice. Best to just open the juice control a tiny amount and vape your head off til you've used the excess juice. My previous post was wrong. I was rebuilding my fogger at the time and that was what was in my head lol. When you do get into it make sure also that the wicks haven't moved leaving the channels wide open.

What's your set up on it Dan ? I find a larger centre on the coil with cotton makes the draw better as its creating more vape.... I'm using a 2mm diagonal coil per the eden mods youtube video but using 0.3 wire. Reads at 1ohm on the dani. You think I should try a 3mm coil? I used 2mm duals in the genuine for the most part but I didn't really have it that long to experiment much! 2mm should be fine mate

ok so if I fill from top I should leave juice control open a bit?? You should close the juice control completely before removing the top. When you've filled and replaced the top (mopping up the juice that oozes out) open the juice control a maximum of half a turn. Then vape like mad til you lose flavour. Everything should be fine then to go back to your old settings.

Going to have another play tonight and vary the amount of cotton I use. This kgd wicks so quickly (even compared to rayon) but is a bit€? to get the right amount in the coil.. that's the only thing I've changed since I had the genuine.. used normal cotton pleat in that.. Then I think I need to find a suitable mod to put it on.. Dani just can't keep up at 20w without changing the batteries every few hours.. What do you use for yours? The Kato?

I'm still on the same first coil ever (since GB1) and not 100% sure. 2.5mm dia 0.4mm kanthal, 8 turns giving 1.2ohms, I think lol. Wicked with KGD, hitting 15watts seems to be the sweet spot. Gonna try 0.28 twisted later - will let you know. On a DNA30 clone.
Don't ask about the other one. Hits 20watts tho.

ok ive checked oring and its fine ive made sure juice channels are filled.... ill now try this way of filling think thats done it as I didn't have ra piss everywhere thanks Ripshod If you fill from top after putting top cap back on and cleaning the ooze turn it upside down and then open the JC half a turn and leave upside down for a couple of seconds, this relieved the pressure pushing air out rather then juice and means you don't have to Vape like mad
