welcome bonnieboy to aaec congratulations on giving up the stinkies as for the nic strength both hubby and I have been vaping 18mg for nearly 2 years and we have no intention of lowering it. BUT YOU MUST MUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER......those headaches will be down to dehydration honest HAPPY VAPING

And it's welcome from me too, stopped smoking 18 months ago after 45 years, started on 18mg and now mix my own juices at 15mg. Used to smoke about 100gm of drum a week! now use about 35ml of juice a week, don't worry all will work out to alevel in the end.

Massive gratz on quitting the smokes, it's a great feeling and a huge achievement As others have said already, if you find you are chain vaping then you may need to up the nic level (to 24mg) for a little while (or the fact you have found a really tasty juice you love already)

Welcome, grats on giving up the stinkies. As for Nic levels I was a 30-35 a day smoker I started at 18mg a few months ago and dropped down to 12 as I was chain vaping at the time. As soon as I dropped I was hit with extreme waves of tiredness, doctor thought it was Nic withdrawl. So I wouldn't suggest dropping Nic just yet.
