Been rebuildig my bvc coils for a while now using koh gen doh cotton with kanthal a1. Lately though it seems no matter how much i prime the cotton i can never get rid of the cottony taste. I got so fed up with it i ended up duel coiling the bvc heads instead. Once rebuilt to bdc using koh gen do there was no long lasting cotton taste. any ideas what the issue could be as it seems its only the bvc rebuilds. I havent changed the amount of cotton i use to rebuild the bvc its the same amount as i always used with 50/50 juice. Admittedly im no pro at rebuilding so any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance

Thanks my plan was to put them away after 24 hours with the tops off, but release air from the bottles and shake them every 24 hrs or so. but if just completely leaving them after the initial 24 hours works well ill do that, how many weeks do you leave them roughly? im in no rush for them so time is no issue. Also one of them seems to be cloudy i read that this sometimes happens and not to worry too much about it, has anyone experienced this with their own mixes?

Hi, made my first batch of diy juice yesterday after extensive reading online i went for the safe option of 18mg 50/50 nic base. figured for a first attempt it would be easier and safer. so my question is what methods of steeping have you found to be most effective?. Right now ive just stuck them in a dark pantry with lids off, will most likely be placing lids on later shaking then leaving for another 24 hours. releasing air then leaving again. I have read/watched alot on steeping but all the info is conflicting since there is so many ways to steep.

Welcome, grats on giving up the stinkies. As for Nic levels I was a 30-35 a day smoker I started at 18mg a few months ago and dropped down to 12 as I was chain vaping at the time. As soon as I dropped I was hit with extreme waves of tiredness, doctor thought it was Nic withdrawl. So I wouldn't suggest dropping Nic just yet.

If you still find you can't turn it, email supplier and ask for either a return and refund or exchange. Could be you got unlucky and recieved a defected one.

Bought 3 of these from that supplier. They are all pretty stiff to turn. Rubber gloves help. Hubby uses on his anyvape davide and I use on my spare kangers. Found them to give a much better vape than without.

Thanks to all for the welcomes. And the advice on not counting out DIY juice. Ordered some will see how i get on. Hopefully i fare better than i do on coil rebuilding. Since after weeks of attemps i gave up and ordered some pre coiled ones.

Thank you all for the welcomes, and advice/suggestions. as for fasttech i'm extremely inpatient so prob not a good idea for me. I don't fancy a staring contest with my letter box for weeks/door for the delivery guy. another question if i was to try DIY juice whats the best UK supplier?

Hi I like flavours with aniseed in as well. All I did before I started making my own was buy some premade anise/aniseed and squirt a bit into another flavour till it tasted how I wanted. You can do the same with menthol, a squirt of ultra-menthol will give anything a menthol kick. I have been doing that i squirt either ice menthol or anise in all the boring flavors i have sometimes it works and the taste is nice, sometimes not. Trial and error as is with most things. I have a black jack that is really nice ordered a 50ml bottle of that since im sure my husband has been drinking it . Thanks for all recommendations. I'll be sure to give them a try.

Hi new here, also relatively new to vaping. Currently vaping red astaire from t-juice on a vamo v5 and nautilus with bvc. Im looking for juice recommendations in uk. preferred juices are aniseed/menthol based and before its suggested i do not want to mix my own juices as i dont have the spare time it would most likely require. apologies if that comes across as blunt. Thanks in advance. Also has anyone ordered from fast tech? if so how long was delivery about?
