I have just realised that yesterday, the 13th September, was my 2-year anniversary giving up tobacco. I really still can't believe that I gave up so easily, and that vaping has helped me regain my health, my senses of taste and smell, and I now have clean clothes, a clean house, and more energy.
This forum has been instrumental in it being successful - I joined only a couple of months after giving up, and the combination of help, friendship and humour has ~~wasted~~ passed many a happy hour.
To all of those of you who have recently quit or are thinking of taking the plunge, I say go for it. You've nothing to lose apart from a horrible addiction to tobacco. You can retain the nicotine at much less cost and far more safely, and it will revolutionise your lives.

Here's to the next two years - I wonder where we will be then? Small tanks, 10ml bottles, paying through the nose for everything? No, I'll have a stock of nic base, and my trusty Kayfuns, mixing merrily in my underground lab (I made that bit up BTW) whilst the rest of the world looks on.
