Ooops, pink soup!!!!

Mr Lairey has picked up a bug from one of those 'orrible little urchins at school, so being the wonderful, caring partner that I am, decided he needed a veg overdose to try to combat it...  went into Tesco today to get the necessary to make a lovely garden vegetable chowder.  They had some lovely looking bunched purple carrots - I mean they still have their leaves on them, they must be extra healthy, right?

oh gawd! I make loads of homemade soups but I know from experience to go easy on green veg as the only green soup that looks normal is pea and ham!

but pink ??? that's a new one on me! slap on the blindfold add it'll taste lovely!

In my defense, it is a tried and trusted recipe - just using normal orange carrots! It tastes bloody lovely and is full of tonnes of vitamins and minerals and other fresh stuff that is good for you!

Still laughing about it now, and the old man isn't even home from work to laugh at it with me!

He's got roast chicken and a lovely fresh tiger bloomer to go with it, so not all bad chrisjw and it has got a shed load of cream in it    just to balance out the healthiness

I would suggest you cut the soup with a low VG PG mix about 20/80 VG/PG and a high Nic concentrate to give something like 36mg. Even then I suspect it will clog the wick quite quickly.
