YW Mark . . . is there anyone else other than HC who sell a Vodka flavouring, I had a very quick look but couldn't find one. Or you could you use the alcohol itself do you think? Ps. Love the picture as well!

I've not tried any other Vodka concentrates other than Health Cabins.
It doesn't really taste like vodka to me so don't think normal vodka would be the same.
It goes really well with fruits and seems to enhance their flavour rather than add any flavour of its own.

Try it without the vodka/gin altogether. As I said the vodka doesn't really add flavour it just enhances the flavours that are already there in my opinion. CCW Gin does have a taste of its own, but then again try it. It might turn out even better.

I've got a vodka concentrate but it's downstairs and I CBA to go down to see who made it... Will do in the morning and I'll do a romcard for this and about 10 other outstanding recipes, now I have found MS paint in windows 8

I'm a complete beginner but I've been reading other posts and they seem to talk about 4% and 5% flavouring, can someone set me on the right road

You are correct it does come to 24% flavouring. What percentage you use comes down to the strength of the concentrates you use. Some concentrates only require 1-5% whilst others you may need to add as high as 30%. It also comes down to personal preference for strength of flavour. Some like a full on flavour whilst others like just a hint of flavour. Its all part of the learning curve with mixing.

Cheers am still trawling the posts trying to get the hang of things It can all seem a bit too much to take in at first, but the best way to learn is to just jump in and get mixing. You'll learn a lot quicker that way.
