Ye i hpe it dont hurt to much I bruise really easy It's no more painful that when you have to have a blood test at the docs. Once the needle is in, they tape it down and as long as you don't move your arm too much you don't even feel that its in there. You'll be fine, promise. And the nurses that work there are all lovely and will help to put you at ease.  Thanks for posting this though, as it reminded me I needed to book an appointment, which I've just done for December (can't do it sooner as I was in India within the last 6 months) |

Not what you want to hear but I've been banned by the organisors.... I started giving blood as aversion therapy for my fear of anything medical, I passed out 3 times on my first visit, 2 on my 2nd and only once on my 3rd, 4th & 5th I then got a letter asking me NOT to give blood again as their staff haven't got the time to deal with my needs
