Fruity Flavours - taste burnt

Hi I vape fruity flavours but they seem to taste like I burnt the wick after a day or so.

I mostly use 3.7 batts and 2.4 heads is this a bad match ?

Hi to help a bit more what kit are you using?
Also what juice.

I've got a variety of ego batteries and evod tubes. ato heads are 2.4 single coil. Juice is the same as I've been using for 18 months

Just a dumb thought but if you've been vaping same strength e-liquid for 18 months might be time to reduce the strength. Learnt this via vapor lady lounge's video.

Hi Jo Thanks for that info.
I've been vaping since Feb 2013 and settled to a few fruity flavours from 2 distributors which I particularly liked. I started on 18mg and in March 2014 dropped to 11mg strength.

Having watched that vid I think I'm going to find some lower nic strength and try that out as what she said about the burnt taste is exactly what is happening for me.

Now I just have to find cherry and blueberry at lower strengths so I can mix them.

You might be able to get lower strengths - don't know. I mix my own because it's cheaper and I like the control.

I've just reduced from 7mg/ml to 6.5mg/ml - tis a good reduction for me sooetie
