Chefs vapours

Got an order from chefs vapours and unfortunately the cherry limeade bottle had leaked, mailed them and got a quick reply from Karl apologising and saying these things happen. Today got a bottle of cherry liquorice from them, know its not the same but these things happen and I was impressed by the no quibble speed of their response and will probably be using them in future.

I have always had great service from chefs, concentrate I ordered last week was OOS refunded and sent an alternative foc.
Little things like this are why they are pretty much my go to for 90% of my concentrates now.
Amazing customer service. How it should be done.

Placed an order yesterday for some steamgunk captain custard and some after dinner mints and they've been delivered today with a signed note on the bottom from Karl. Brilliant service as usual and their new delivery charges are spot on. Used them a few times and keep going back.

Concentrates - Chefs Rebranded Range , excellent value at £2.50 as less than 5% needed ( and I normally mix at 20% ).

Both really nice sammy13 asked Karl to send pre steeped if they had it and got the captain custard made in August which was good as I tend to go through them before they've had a chance

My go to site for concentrates and juices, and I also have a love affair with after dark mints , another prompt delivery today, had a quick look inside and saw cherry cinnamon tic tac when I had ordered orange tic tac but low and behold the lovely chefs had included it as a freebie, they are definately doing a great job at getting me to keep spending with them

Received my order speedily, all present and correct, and I even got pre-steeped custard so happy days

I haven't used their service yet but if it's as good as their Apple Pie and Irish Cream Custard then I surely will . Vaping this at the moment as I received a custard samples lot from Smoke Rainbow yesterday. It really is a wonderful flavoured vape. I now see why so many on here rave about the custards. Another 3 Chef's Vapour samples to try over the next few days and if their as good as apple pie then I'm going to have to mortgage the house and put in a big order.

I have just recieved so Red Astaire from Chefs Vapour, it was marked as out of stock, i contacted them and Karl got back to me offering me some from his personal stash.

On my last order, there was a mix up with one of the flavourings i ordered.
I contacted Chefs Vapour Karl and he said he will sort it out for me.
Couple of days later, it drops and included was 2 free bottles of concentrates.

I just want to say, (again lol) fantastic service as usual guys.
