hi all - just have ordered this concentrate - sounds refreshing - how long do you think it will need to steep - guess not too long

Anything with mint I have mixed is good to go straight away usually. Not sure on cucumber though. Yuk!

Shouldn't need long Clivia, 2 or 3 days at most I would imagine. Although it will probably get more cucumbery over the next week or so. Capella's cucumber is very nice

It is indeed, and very useful for those Mojito recipes that require it. (it is a very understated flavouring).

A bit of cucumber here and there can add that "little - missing something" and make a big difference to some liquids

I think I heard talk of Allison at Cupcake expecting one soon, or maybe it was another flavour..... there are so many now, difficult to keep up with them all.
