Hi all,
My first e-cig was an IQ200 from VapeHQ. It's cute, it does the job but the clearo is starting to give me a burnt taste. I can't see any way to replace coils so I guess it's single use? Am I throwing money away by buying more like this? I have 2 Evods with bottom coiled clearos plus a mini protank 3. Do you think a couple more like the protank would be a better buy and just keep the IQ200 battery as a spare?
Tempted by a new shiny but OH will object lol!!
Was going to share a photo of old clearo but it won't let me from my phone...

If it is a CE4 clearo then I believe you can recoil and rewick them, so don’t throw away. A quick youtube search should show you how. You may not want to try that at the moment but keep hold of it in case you do.
I have evods, protanks (&minis) you could also look at a mini vivi nova as I think they are similar set up to the ce4 with a top coil and long wick. I have one and I have managed to rewick it too. It is personal preference as to which you prefer. I also have a couple of mini aspire nautilus which I love.
I have a plastic fishing bait box with compartments that I keep all old coils and bits in as you never know when they will come in handy. I am just starting to try to make my own coils so all the old heads are great to practice on.

Yep... chuck it away and get into clearos where you change the atomiser heads. Keep the battery, for sure. I would recommend you look into Aspire K1 and the BVC coils. These coils produce great vapour and last longer than Kanger stuff. I did well though all things considered.

If you like the mini pro tank I would stick with them, they are glass, decent quality and reasonably priced at myepack katiekoo

Sorry to add to your shopping list katiekoo, but you might want to include some spare heads for those items too - it will save on postage getting them now, rather than as a top-up shop later.

You want to make sure you get the right bvc heads for the mini nautilus too.
