Right. She who thinks she should be obeyed is on the bleepmas drive, " I want it all ordered by end of month" nag nag nag She wants me to decide what I want so, after having a DNA 30 mod for a few weeks before it died I am kinda thinking to go for another one. I mainly use my vamo for work with whatever is handy on top but its just about had it, the fire button works when it feels like it. And I use my mechs whilst lying around the house or the caravan. I was thinking about the vapershark but was thinking to hang out for the rDNA 40 question is, is it going to be worth the bother? Any of you guys that have had a go, got any feedback? Is there a well built vv/vw DNA whatever that's really worth getting? All suggestions greatly received and money is not really a problem as I will be paying for it one way or another.......... Other thing to take into the equation is the fact that I am looking at trying a genisis type tank and possibly getting into wire rope and mesh so needs to be compatible...... Cheers

I have the 'simple' DNA 30 vaporshark - and I looooooooooooooove it - it's small - lasts long and with the skin has a really good grip

I know it's not a DNA mod but, I've just got a Sigelei 100w mod today and it's a great mod. Plenty of power and excellent battery life, and very affordable.

The dna40 looks like a huge leap forward, but they are still so new no one has any Real user experience yet. My guess is they will be as big a step forward as wattage control was when that came out. Getting one ordered in your time frame may be the difficult part.

Just retread, DNA40 is not going to be very comparable with Genesis devices. They are better suited to mech mods.

I am building a DNA40 and will be able to let you know in about a week, including with genesis, as they are my ADV with DNA30s.

I don't see any problems using a dna for an experienced genesis user, but regulated mods are not the easiest way to learn how to wrap a coil on a genesis. Hence my suggestion of a mech.

All I've read about dna40 is that it is going to be a big advancement. I can't watch long youtube vids, it drives me nuts and I've got the attention span of a goldfish some days.
Briefly what is going to be the big advancement over normal variable wattage ? I read someone mention temp control.

The IPV2 is the worst, the one I have has a voltage spike for the first half a second that makes it almost impossible to pulse geni coils, they just pop where they would be fine on a DNA.

Jay If you use Nickel wire you can set the max coil temp separate from the watts, so no scorched wickes or over cooked juice. There are other things, but that is the game changer.

Briefly what is going to be the big advancement over normal variable wattage ? I read someone mention temp control. Jay You can set a max temperature limit IF you use nickel. It MAY help with safety in regards to staying at a 'safe' vape temperature at higher wattages. One of the gimmicks they have done is setting the temp above juice boiling level (making vapour) but below the cotton burning temperature - thus eliminating dry hits & the burnt taste, even with no juice. Many don't want to use nichrome because of the metal composition but I think evolve are pretty sharp on these matters. I'm interested but I'm going to wait until its out a while and more feedback is in. Hope that helps
