So in I bowl this morning, clutching my two left feet . . . happily there were only a couple of other customer's in the shop browsing, went up to the counter where the lad from yesterday and a more mature lady were standing.

Started laughing before I'd even said anything . . . don't think this helped the staff's assessment of my mental state somehow.

Anyhow, I explained to the more mature lady that I had purchased two left feet yesterday and could I exchange one for a right.

Well . . . the look I got! Talk about SOH bypass . . . they both looked at me as if I was puddled!

By now one of the customers browsing was listening and she started giggling, we had quite a natter and a laugh whilst the dragon woman looked for a right foot.

She looked in the window, out in the stockroom . . . was gone for a good 10 minutes, came back empty handed.

How odd said I, no not really said she . . . like it happens all the time.

What would you like to do was her next question as it looks like someone has bought the two right feet.

By now I'm nearly in convulsions . . . Errr, I'll have a refund says me as I can't wear these . . . she actually sighed when I said that, like it was my fault for not having two left feet.

Got my own back though, as when they asked for my receipt, the only one I could find for a time was a Holland & Barrett one.

Can't believer someone is REALLY walking round with two right feet , i'd go back in a day or two and see if they have a full set, more likely the stupid woman didn't look properly.............maybe she was too busy laughin in the stock room

I agree, maybe the two right feet woman will have taken hers back by then. It'd be a shame to miss them if they were so comfy -- I do comfy these days too lol

I did ask the dragon woman to hang on to the 2 left feet 'pair' just incase the 2 right feet turn up.
