First mech but which one?

I would go with the fogger over a kraken Genesis, depends on if you want to play with SS mesh etc.. Of course you can set up a Genesis with cotton as well.

What batteries have you got? Charger?

Fogger and Nemesis would be a good rock solid combo

I would recommend the nemesis as a great first mech mod. Most versions come with a kick ring. A kick can also be purchased from fasttech which helps protect you batteries from going too low and won't fire at sub ohm builds. You can set the watts on a kick and you get more off a constant power like a VW mod.

I suggest you consider stainless steel or other metals. Some cheap coloured mods do get scratched and show wear very easily. I love my magma dripper 1:1 clone very easy to build on with great air holes.(fasttech)

Fasttech shopping can be great, if you take recommendations from people on here rather than fasttech reviews there are some real gems to be had. Plus it means you've got a wealth of advice and some amazing tutorials to get you up and running.

I think the nemesis is a good choice but id consider buying the magnets to replace the springs in the switch to smoothen out the firing www.fasttech.com/p/1558901 (very easy to and well supported on you tube for a tutorial)

Both atties will work just fine on the nemesis but i would recommend the kf lite if you dont mind spending a little more www.fasttech.com/p/1700500 it just sits perfectly on the nemesis and a nice easy recoil once again well supported on you tube.

Decent batteries , wire and your choice of wicking material and your good to go

sydsut, the nemmi you linked to has had problems with the black finish rubbing off within a couple of weeks - www.fasttech.com/forums/1649200/t/1420638/very-weak-painting-photos

If your heart isn't set on the black I can suggest this one. I got 2 and they are rock solid performers.

Thanks for this Ripshod and maybe the black chrome finish isn't the best bet. So I might just go for the Nemesis Style Mechanical Mod www.fasttech.com/products/1700802 and the magnets If they are suitable? And I'll go for the Fogger, but I'll be sensible and wait on further feedback just in case.

I've ordered a Nitecore D2 as my charger Marcus and I believe that a protected battery is needed and my Efest purple IMR 18650s aren't any use. So again I'm looking for feedback as I want to get it right from the start.

As far as RBAs are concerned I would recommend a kayfun lite (super super easy to build and get working right) or an orchid clone for a bit more airflow options and a bit more oomph if that's what you're after.

Well I've finally come to a decision so thanks for all the very useful feedback.

Mech is a Nemesis Style Mechanical Mod (Mixed Edition) www.fasttech.com/products/1700802  with the added magnets www.fasttech.com/products/1558901

RBA is an Orchid V4 Styled Rebuildable Tank Atomizer www.fasttech.com/products/1904601 .

These are all at a nice price and should all be compatible? (but if you know something I don't)

If you've gone for tracked shipping, free over $20, give it about 3 weeks.
