Hiya leevapem9r and to AAEC I was only smoking around 10-12 a day and I wanted to give up smoking but couldn't. When I switched to vaping I managed to stop smoking straight away, and quite easily too. Vaping really helped me do this, along with the excellent advice i've gained through this wonderful and friendly forum. You've made one massive step with the amount you've cut down on already and well done on what you've acheived so far. |

Hi leevapem9r I am pretty new here myself but everybody is sooo friendly. You will get lots of good advice, great support or just a friendly place to hang out and relax I was a rollie fiend when I was on the stinkies which wasn't so long ago. When I started vaping I was using 24mg and doing around 5ml a day. it seemed like my atty was always in my mouth. The only difference is that from the moment I had my first vape I didn't want another smoke (apart from the bacon incident) but there is no right or wrong way, just the way that works for you Congrats on taking the first step oh and |

thank ppl  any method I go with that helps me slow down, and hopefully put the real fags in the bin is a massive step for me....my dad years ago stopped just like that with no help from anyone or any aid.....and he thinks I can/should be able to do the same, so to me he hasn't really given me any help or support.....the only support I have is from ppl I c who r vapin....and u guys/gals  |

I never really wanted to give up my cigs, enjoyed them far too much leevapem9r - despite the harm we all know it does, let alone the cost - so I couldn't have done what your Dad did. It takes a resolve that I simply don't/didn't have. All credit to him! You'll get all the support you need and more on here, because we've all been in your position. |
