new to the world of vaping

hi I only just sarted vaping a week ago, and as I was smoking almost 40 roll-ups a day. I have noticed I have cut down a hell of a lot ( prob 6/7 a day)....I mention the cut down, as I know a lot of u would say I should stop the real fags completely, which I totally agree with ......but for myself as a starter im happy with what ive achived so far....... my question to fellow new vapers, or from regular vapers can remember when they first started. Q did u vape all the time, as in what seemed like every second of the day? im going through 5ml a day, on a 24mg nicotine liquid.....is this normal for a a beginner?

Many vapers duel fueled when they started, nothing to worry about

Chain vaping can be normal too, I still use around 5ml juice a day, many use a lot more.

If this is what your using a day to satisfy your need then so be it , you may well find you level out as time goes on , stick with it and you will be glad you did.

I wouldn't say that... I dual fueled for a good while. You can't easily stop overnight, especially for the roll-up smoker.

It's perfectly normal to chain vape, I still get through 3 or 4ml a day, nearly a year on I have cut the strength of my juice from 24 to 12mg over that time, gradually.

You won't find anyone here telling you that you ought to just stop, everyone vapes in there own way and many people dual fuel even after years of vaping. Just count the ciggies you don't smoke rather than the ones you do.

Also, no such thing as a silly question here, so anything you want to know, ask away

Well done for making the step in the right direction.
Some people still smoke while vaping, first fag of the day and in the evening! Others are able to give up as soon as they find vaping.

As for the amount, well it varies with everyone I suppose.
When I first started I was vaping 24/7 at 24mg and going through about 3-5ml a day.

Now 2.5yrs later I'm on 18-24mg and go through 15-25ml a day with a dripper.

Everyone's use is different but it doesn't sound too drastic to me =)

Again, well done for making the switch and you have found the best place on the net for advice.

We are all different, and you should not have a hang up on the amount of juice you vape, i easily get through 5ml a day.
Instead rejoice on the rollies you are not having that is the real result

No way would I say you should stop smoking all together. I used to smoke, on average, 50 ready mades a day Same as you, I just cut down drastically straight away, however it took me a long time before I eventually gave up the last 2 a day.
