losing taste and smell

I've been vaping since May and my taste and smell have gradually got worse and worse, I use strong tobacco juices at 24mg, could this be a problem or is it something else I'm not aware of, any ideas people, thanks, Jamesrd.

I would hazard a guess that you need to change juice and maybe lower nic str.( Vapes tounge)
Only other thing I could suggest is maybe a head cold/ blocked sinuses but if it's been happening a while its unlikely.
Try a strong minty/menthol juice for a few days if no joy maybe book a doc visit.

Thanks to you both, Tom, I had a look at that site you mentioned and it was good advice, it's very helpful and informative and I've signed up, got some great tips on how to perhaps restore the taste buds. Jamesrd

Sometimes I find when I vape my favourite juice too long without a change in flavours, I can hardly taste it so I have two juices and sometimes more on the go to switch things up a little. When I've changed around a bit and go back to my juice all is well again. Menthol is a good one to get the tastebuds going again

The bit i did not say was another 24 years, still must be uphill from here lol, body feels like it is every day lol.
