Inconsistent measurements

Hello all, I've been mixing my two favourites for a wee while now but came across this dilemma. I ordered a 30ml concentrate and proceeded to mix several bottles of juice. The 30ml should have covered 5 bottles, but when I got to the last bottle, the remaining concentrate was not enough. This has happened to me twice so I double checked my measuring cups with my syringes and all seems ok.

Another lovely vaper recommended thwt I make one mix and then pour the mix into bottles instead of measuring 5 different times. So if you order a 30ml concentrate say; do you just chuck it all in and hope that it is 30ml or do you measure it anyways?

Call me lazy if you like, but I don't measure my concentrate any more. I just throw a 30ml bottle of concentrate into the measure (without the bottle) and top up to 150ml. Steep the whole lot then decant into 10ml bottles. Job done.

But then it's easy for me now, no nic so just concentrate + VG.

T-juice RA 30ml makes me 150ml.

I do this in 3 measuring cyclinders.

There is always enough for 10ml in each.

I tend to find most concentrate bottles have slightly more in than labelled EG a 10ml bottle has 11ml.

So meeee in those instances do you measure the 10ml if your recipie requires it or chuck it all in?

I measure everything exactly by syringe.....but only because I enjoy mixing and I have all the time in the world.

I stick my nail in side of large empty bottle and go 'well that looks about a 5th?' squeeze one shot concentrate in and top up to brim with my ready made 8mg base of 40/60 and guess on that being about a 50/50 at 20% ....

obviously I'm no shining example of a dedicated mixer
