I really didn't kill a poor little BVC by running 60w through it just now. An hour later the taste of burned coil and Red Astaire is still in my mouth.

I might well have pressed the power up button a bit when tightening the screws. At least the coil was ten days old and I only screwed 1ml of red I had mixed. I'll have to check before hitting the fire button in future.

The trade off is of course the bulk, but at 10-15w with three new Sammy 25Rs inside, I'm struggling to drain the batteries.

It hasn't put a foot wrong so far, the two (I know, I know!) tortured BVCs and 2ml of ruined juice was my fault. As long as I remember to turn it off before pocketing it, I think we'll continue to get along.

The iSticks still have a place in my vaping arsenal for stealth vaping or nights out, but I think the God has taken over as my go to mod.

I'm still delighted at what I got for £30 and love the blue colour.

Well I won my dispute with Venedeal (not hard as they didn't responf to me OR AE) and my refund is forthcoming, I have complained to AE that their 'special' day was ruined by one of their vendors, they are running an investigation but I wont get to hear the outcome, I also tried the sympathy vote "I was SO looking forward to my DNA30" but it fell on deaf ears, my final word was to let them know that I wont be dealing with AE again, all my business will stay with Focal

Same here Q  I am going to file a complaint with AE as well.  Also going to leave stinking feedback for the so called vendor.  Who did you actually complain to at AE?  

I will never deal with any AE vendor again, this has soured the whole thing for me.

Supposedly you can leave feedback once a sale has completed, but I cant see anyway of doing it, perhaps if it's been refunded it ISN'T complete, although they told me last night that I CAN leave feedback that way

I came home and found my GOD delivered !!!. It looks really nice but it might be too complicated for me. I am not sure to sell it on or keep it as the wattage scares me and i don't even have the batteries yet for it.

If i decide to sell it guys it'll be for the same price i purchased it

What colour did you get? As long as it isn't the red, I'd be happy to take it if you do decide to sell.

It's the silver one and looks really elegant BrenD, You'll be the first one i will offer it to if i decide its too much power for me. I will try it this weekend. Is it three batteries i need? Do i open the screws and slot in the batteries? Does torchy have the appropriate batteries? (nipple or flat tops)

Many thanks, I was torn between blue and silver and didn't know what colour would turn up! But you'll end up keeping it

I use (purchased from myepack rather than ecolux as I could buy three rather than four) m.ebay.co.uk/itm/201201022068?_mwBanner=1 in mine and they seem to do the trick nicely. Overkill at the low wattage I've been using so far, but good enough to handle super mode when I finally get round to sorting my dripper out. £1 more per pair than Torchy's '30w' 18650s that I seem to recall are rewrapped Samsung 20Rs, but don't quote me on that and I'm sure someone will correct me.

Oh and yup, remove the screws, slot the batts in, screw her back up and you'll be good to go.

What will you be using it with? Are you into dripping/rebuildables?
