Great advice...thanks. I think that for now I will get these www.vapeescape.co.uk/kanger-510-sr-cartomisers-horizontal-coil-%285%29~261 along with some more juice. I am trying to get OH interested in E-Cigs and was thinking of a Riva for him so if I order one for him I can mix and match with mine (borrow a battery) just to see how it goes before ordering for myself. Good idea or not?

don't forget some drip tips, you can use them as they are but much better with the drip tip, pop the white rubber end out and push a drip tip in. I will try and find a link on here about filling carto's so you can see what everyone does Here it is allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=general&thread=4609&page=1#103645Will try to find the video now Ha, just discovered I can't link a you tube video on my ipad but if you google-'how to fill an ecig cartomiser' you will see the video's

Agrees with Dave, if you go for the Riva for your OH, get some of the Boge LR cartomisers No Bluebell, you don't "need" a Griz Whiz, but at some time you will find one useful

No Bluebell, you don't "need" a Griz Whiz, but at some time you will find one useful I got a leather lanyard holster type thing from somewhere that you can put your Riva in and I use that as a "griz whizz" - it works great. Never actually slung it round my neck to carry a Riva in though

You've been a model of patience and laid-backness thru all this, I must say Its good in some ways Scylla. I havent smoked since using it. The only problem I have with it is the battery. It needs recharching a LOT and I am only a light vaper. I dont think it would be much use to anyone who needs to take one to work or out for the evening. You would need to take at least two fully charged batteries and even then it might not be enough depending of course on the amount of vaping a person does.

Bluebell, it will need recharging often as it's only 190mAh - more or less the same as most slim mini type batteries. Compare that with the 1100mAh batteries in the Riva kit that Jason sells & you can see why we tend to recommend the Riva a lot. The higher the mAh rating, the longer the battery lasts between charges

I am going to upgrade soon when I order a Riva kit for OH. The Boge Mini is ok for now. It does the job. I have been fag free for a week!

Worth remembering that your taste buds will play games for a little bit, I loved coffee types first off but cant stand them now so don't worry if you think something is not so good coz you may love it when revisited Like many others, the taste does 'go off' after vaping for a while and all flavours seem to taste the same. I start a new flavour and all is well for fifteen minutes - darned nuisance! I deliberately changed to the sweet-shop type flavours in an effort to wean me away from the desire for tobacco forever - sadly I still find I love 'em. Fox
