Thank you Perpetua, I did a quick search on here and couldn't find anything, but wanted to check. Prices look quite good? And a massive range?

Well . . . they're not DSR compliant sleedale, as there's no physical address/ or telephone number that I can see. Which is something that is not only a legal requirement for online selling, but also something we insist on from any of our forum Vendors.

Their Returns policy isn't the best either . . . although that's not to say you wouldn't get good service from them.

But these things are important.

Sorry sleedale if I've put you off . . . I'm sure there's many a good Vendor out there, who whilst not DSR compliant would still ( and do ) give their customers good service.

They do themselves no favours though with either being unaware of their legal responsibilities or choosing to ignore them.

Which is a shame.

Please don't apologise Perpetua, that's exactly why I asked. They may well be the bees knees in the vendor world, but I prefer ones who abide by the rules and who have a good reputation. Hard earned is exactly that, and doesn't need throwing away.
