Cinnamon spice

I've just ordered some cinnamon spice from chefs vapour and wondered if anyone has mixed this before? I'm interested in knowing inclusion levels and steeping time.

I haven't used that one as I have to be careful with Cinnamon, the ' atomic ' types give me a sore mouth csmith10 . . . so I'd be guided by the percentage advised by the Chefs. It won't need much of a steep if it's anything like the Red Hots.

If it's TPA cinnamon spice then I mainly use it as an additive to mixes, around 2% - 4%. Even alone I wouldn't go much above 5%. I like to steep most things but a week should be enough for this.
