Thanks everyone for a great welcome. So far I'm still analog free and it's now over 24 hours, so about 20 cigs have gone unsmoked, and for me a smoker for over 40 years is brill. I know I have given up before and lasted over 24 hours, but this time I haven't actually wanted one. The habit of rolling one may take a few days to die down, but I'm sure we will get there. Still trying to get to grips with my machine. It has variable voltage and wattage, variable air and probably other variables I haven't found yet. lol, but so far it's going good. Now changed flavour to tropical tobacco which is nice, but the choice of what to order next is a bit of a minefield.

Big welcome to the forum. A good place to get juice testers is www.smokerainbow.com/all-samples/You will notice over the next month or so that your tastes will change dramatically as your taste buds grow back. I'd definitely get a few different juices to try. Don't buy in bulk any flavour yet as I said your tastes will change. www.joosejuice.co.uk is also a good place to start for juice. Any questions please ask as the only stoopid question is the one you don't ask.

Ah, wait until you get into the more advanced rebuildable stuff, you'll have plenty of tinkering to keep your hands busy! Just wanted to add, don't put too much pressure on yourself to stop smoking straight off the bat... plenty of us "dual fuelled" for a time before we quit the stinkies completely... count the ciggies you don't smoke, not the ones you do. Even a year on, I still (once every 3 or 4 months) get a really strong urge to smoke... if it doesn't go away I will light a ciggie... one or two puffs is enough to remind me how horrible it tastes now! Also, check out Smoke Rainbow They have over 600 different juices that you can buy 1ml samples of for around 50-60p each. An easy way to check out loads of different flavours without breaking the bank. They are mainland Europe, but postage only takes around a week

So what's the most popular flavour? No doubt a hundred different answers. But so far tried Tobacco, which I didn't particularly like, Coffee, not bad and tropical tobacco. somewhere in between tobacco and coffee, but not unpleasant. So where do I go next? Cherry seems popular. Sold out on TW.

Hi Bobsbeer and welcome. I stopped the stinkies about a month ago now after 40 (ish) years. Never thought I would, but so far so good. You're right, the hardest thing I found was not rolling, so I twiddle with the VW dial on the battery now I like the peach/cherry/apple flavours, but the flavours vary from one vendor/maker to another. I'm hoping to find one where I like many flavours and then I can 'settle' down and just order from one place. Good luck to you and Mrs Bob.

Bobsbeer try a decent RY4 such as from LT e-cigs or Health-e-vape... over 2 years in and it's still my all-day vape Also, your tastebuds WILL change and wake up again after a while off fags, so what you like or don't like now may not be the same in a couple of months
