Kayfun help please

I'm totally baffled with the behaviour of one of my kayfun's.

All of my Kayfun tanks are built the same way 1.6-2 ohms, 0.28 g kanthal, about 1mm above air hole, 2mm diameter coil  and wicked with ko gen doh. I have 3 clones but the one that is giving trouble is the original!

Airflow seems right, same amount of cotton as I measure it to ensure consistency, vaping 70/30 pg based juice at around 8watts on the istick but it continually leaks out the air hole, we are talking puddle sizes here!

What am I missing, all the others same set up are performing fine

My kayfuns are weird too. I've got one that just refuses to be filled and spits out juice constantly.

The problem could be the istick >_>

I have given up on my two kayfun clones for just this reason. Whatever I do they leak. Too much hassle!

I guess this is why so many have moved onto different atomizers. The 3 clones are fine, the authentic one is the problem and funny enough the more expensive of the clones the hcigar was also a pita slowly but surely getting fed up with them!

Check and make sure that the o-ring that sits in the hole in the top cap that houses the chimney is still intact- The no.1 reason for leaks when everything seems fine is a loss of internal pressure.
