After purchasing a couple of nautilus minis yesterday I have got straight to work attempting a rebuild in one!
8 wraps of .35 kanthal round a 1.5mm screwdriver wrapped in the last of my KGD. It's reading 1.3ohms on my ipv2 and so far is working very well! It was a bit of a pain to position the coil correctly but after much huffing and swearing under my breath it is done!
I have taken it up to 15w so far and doesn't seem to be getting too hard and flavour is immense!
I will post some pictures up of the next build

I find the dreaded blue fasttech screwdriver great for building these on. Wrap the coil on it, one wrap of KGD, shape and bend the negative leg down carefully, then insert. The screwdriver's handle and the blade are perfect sizes for the job. But well done jmw2309. It isn't easy, but it does get easier. Next I'll try this method with the newer kanger heads, but I may have to whittle the screwdriver's handle down for that one.

I do find the letters easier than the spelling (does that make any sense?) It's like a quality cotton wool, just with all the fibres alligned and pressed into square pads. I prefer normal cotton for my builds but for these vertical coils it's a lot easier with the KGD.

AHHHHHHHHHHH, I now see. thanks for the response. might have to get me some of that then.
Don't mean to be a pest, where's the best place to KGD? I do fancy having a go at those little blighters, also the normal aspire heads.

I think Cloud9 sell it now. I'm sure someone else will pop in with a cheaper option for you, many use fleabay vendors. Aspire heads I no longer buy. Have a stock of 30 used ones if I ever need them. You can get the BVC heads from myepack. I assume the ones for the Nautilus? There's 2 types that aren't interchangeable. Just realised we're hijacking a thread here. Sorry jmw2309. If you have further questions demondog13 you can ask in the beginners section
