lookin at stock piling about 5 litres can anyone help with the cheapest but most importantly best and trusted place to buy this amount. Also will need 4no. 1litre Amber glass bottles

Others will help you with the best place for your nic base, but I personally I decant 1 litre of nic base into 100ml amber bottles.

I keep my nic base in the freezer and just defrost and decant it into 10 X 100ml bottles as I need it. A 100ml of nic base goes a long way and with all my litre bottles and unused 100ml bottles still in the freezer, none of it will go off.
I never have more than 100ml of both PG & VG nic base out and defrosted at any one time.

I'd also pop into a local chemist and ask at the Pharmacy if they'll sell you some amber bottles, preferably in smaller sizes as they'll be easier to manage. Think I paid 50/60p for 300ml bottles from Boots last.

I planning on 4 litres frozen and say 8no. 100ml frozen. I'm assuming, please correct me if I'm wrong I can defrost a litre when required, decant into 100ml and refreeze.

You won't need to defrost to decant @letsavit as the base doesn't fully freeze...just goes really gloopy and may take a little while to pour. I decant my litres into 500ml amber glass bottles that I got from Ampulla and then have half a litre on the go at any time.

You can . . . but there's more risk of contamination doing that, plus spillage with that size I reckon @letsavit.

You'd find smaller size bottles more manageable.

both the vendors Perpetua has linked to are great. I've also bought from VapeEmporium, Go4smoke and Nicvape. Nicvape are US based and you are likely to get stung with a customs charge, but when they have special offers on, it's still good value.

I would just keep an eye out for special offers. Maybe just get a litre now and then when someone is doing a deal, grab a couple more.

I've found the Ampulla 500ml bottles are the perfect height for the small bottom drawer of my freezer, so that is my nic base drawer!  If I run out of space for food, so be it, but as there's only the 2 of us, a full upright freezer, minus 1 drawer, should be plenty of space!

I've only a small under work top size freezer lairey . . . and my vaping friend was grizzling about not having enough space for food as I'd commandeered a drawer in their small freezer.

So it was the perfect solution and an enjoyable Shopping Opportunity for me.
