Yes, all ordered robby, I had a great experience with the istick, mine wasn't caught up in the shipping fiasco but felt the company and Alex, the rep on here, worked so well to refund and solve issues, I am happy to use this company. I was much the same as you, the demand for the things was crazy and they really couldn`t cope with it. I give them the benefit of the doubt as well Resnik linked to one of these on a US site about two weeks ago and well it was love at first sight, basically a sub ohmable istick sizeish beauty now within my budget

I do love the look of the little IPV Mini. I just picked up the "FatBaby" sub ohm addition of the Sigelei 100w latest version. FatBabyI ended up selling my IPV V3 after having it for two weeks because some of my atomizers like to leak and the juice would make it's way through the edge of the door. Plus after all this time they still have screws on the door when they should have changed to magnets after version 1. I hate having to pull out screws just to pop in a new battery. Which is a bonus on the mini with it's cap design kinda like a tube mod. Even in the box mods I make I always put magnets on the door. I want to hear all about it once you get it. I like the looks of it and like I have said before I need a new mod like I need a hole in the head... but I have this Gotta catch em all attitude lol. If I like it and reviews are good I'll probably buy one or trade for one.

robby what are evkoo like to deal with? I pre-ordered 2 eGrips. Evkoo said they would be on the slow boat (20-30 business days!) but they arrived today, about 2 weeks after ordering. Very impressed.

I got a reply to my e mail: It really isn`t good enough after what has happened in the past, if it`s a presale they should say so and if it`s not in stock they should say that. I`ve just looked and it is still saying "in stock" alex05Buyers need to know if they actually have something in stock, who knows what could happen between now and their expected arrival.

I know it was because they had no stock in because of alex's posts on here saying they got a delivery just before mine was sent out. I decided to give them a second chance with that order and I haven't lost faith in them but they should be clearer about held stock.

It would be great if they had a live stock counter with every item, not difficult to do. If it is a pre-order, fair enough, just state it in the listing. We really need some more accuracy. Customers always appreciate that and will keep coming back

Last Friday the supplier told us the item will be available, and we may list it. We were not expecting sales from the item for now, and it was our fault to not mention it is not in stock. The supplier confirmed that iPV mini will be available this Thursday or Friday.

The product was marked as "out of stock", and customers who ordered this items were informed.

An easy answer is never to list something as "in stock" unless it is actually in your stockroom, whether it is popular or not. If you dont do it that way, problems will arise and you will lose some customers through it and also affect your company`s reputation alex05
