I think I would be asking them when it would ship before parting with the cash after the istick experience when they couldn`t keep up with demand. Although to be fair it was mental how it took off

See what they say in writing.

I had a great experience with the istick, mine wasn't caught up in the shipping fiasco but felt the company and Alex, the rep on here, worked so well to refund and solve issues, I am happy to use this company.

I was much the same as you, the demand for the things was crazy and they really couldn`t cope with it. I give them the benefit of the doubt as well
