Hope you feel better soon Mark. Sorry to say this, but if you truly have flu, there's no way you'll be able to go to work. You're only human, but like cars, we conk out now and then. Take care and most importantly REST, sleep is nature's cure.

Mark get well soon I'd see how you feel in the morning before you make any definate plans for working .... if it is Flu then I know I wouldnt appreciate you coming to work and giving it to me lol. Plus if you don't do what your body needs it's gonna take you twice as long to get over it. Sleep, Vit C, paracetamol and plenty of water...

Not quite Lyn it started tuesday night last week so it'll be a week tomorrow and it's on it's way out now nothings bad for me until it's really bad so up until the point that i wrote that i considered myself as having a cold.. When i had my lung problems went and sat in a&e for 3 hours spoke to doctor she sent me for x-ray then said are you sure you're feeling normal apart from the pain at the top and bottom of your breathe i said yes if i don't breathe in or out too far i feel fine why? she said at this point i would expect you to be reacting a lot differently as part of your lung is deflated - i'm just glad i went when i did lol - oh and i heal pretty quick too as i'm generally speaking fit (although i don't do excercising) i was last in and first out in my ward lol
