Tesla

Has anyone taken the Tesla apart .After a good year of use mine has slowly ground to a halt  and i would like to get inside it to see if cleaning it out would help get it back on its feet

thats the one have tried pipe grips on the top and easing it out but its in solid

What happened with it? still lighting up and stuff?

Due to the size of the vents in the sides and knocking round in my pockets for a year all the buttons have clogged up and the fire button is very hard to press only occasionally lighting up the board .In short it needs a good clean out

Give it a good clean with IPA and an old toothbrush.

Will give it a spin with ipa and let you know how i go on

Using IPA you're safe to just drop it in a jugfull and let it soak a couple of days. When finished leave it somewhere well ventilated for a couple of days before firing, for reasons which will soon become obvious

Have given this a go and got about a 70% improvement .Am going to give it a go with the vamo i have and see if that improves any .Thanks for the help
