Hi Robby, I ordered two of these last night. A bit dearer than the ones on Fasttech but I'm hoping the £3 difference just means they're authentic. I'm upgrading from an MVP and Aro (glass Evod type thing) and want to get something new to put on the iStick. I see Fasttech are doing Protank 2 clones for £2.89 here, or £4.59 here. Anybody know if either of these are any good, or if I should wait for them to get the authentic ones back in stock? Can't find any discussion about them on here, but that might be cos I've not gone back far enough - it's been a long time since I bought new kit!

I only use clones these days, I am pretty sure FT`s isticks are legit, it`s hard to know what is legit these days lol, but I really dont think something that small and fiddly could be cloned. You`ll love them, great value

I have ordered these, after good reviews on here, not tried yet but think they would be lovely on an istick like my areotank is.They are dual coil but you can use the older protank 2 coils by putting an extra grommet (silica cap?) on. Hope this helps

Sorry robby, I wasn't clear - I'm sure Fasttech's iSticks are legit, it was the Smart-20 I meant. Smart-20s are about £3 cheaper than GearBest's iSticks, but Fasttech's iSticks are slightly more expensive (by a whole 66p iirc). I'm gonna go ahead and order a couple of the Protank 2 clones, a plastic one and a glass one and see what they're like when they arrive. A bunch of other useful bits & bobs. Hopefully they'll arrive at roughly the same time as the iSticks from GearBest. I'll report back here when they do arrive actually, as I seem to be the only one buying from them and there's no info on how good GearBest are yet. 3 Protank clones (2 plastic, 1 glass), 10 heads, 100 pre-coiled wicks, 3 drip tips and a 900mAh Evod = just over £25 delivered. Went for the Singapore Post (free) option as it seemed fastest. Estimated despatch date 16/12/14, 6-20 days transit time. I'll expect it to be later than sooner due to the Christmas rush, but £65 for 2 iSticks and a bunch of things to put on them is worth the wait imo...

Thanks for that aliscampbell, looks like a good deal. I went for the Protank 2 clones for now as they come in colours to go with the iStick, but I think I'll be ordering more from FT in the new year (gotta have back ups!) and these are on my wish list. Let us know how you get on with it!

Thanks dizzi I'll let you know how I get on with those aerotank clones. Talking of your new year wish list, have you seen these link, they turn you protank 2's into aerotanks (adjustable airflow) and have a sealed connections so prevent liquid getting on to your batteries. Really fantastic upgrade for the protanks 2's.

Oooh that looks excellent! Things have certainly moved on from Vamos and Vivi Novas. I shall add those onto my wish list (and fingers crossed they fit the clones I've just bought).

To be honest with you I think the Smart 20 is A1 as well. Pretty certain it is just rebranded. You did well for your £25 for sure

That I did. And now I'm hankering for a purple/blue Smart-20 with a purple tank and a purple/blue drip tip. Oh my Lord. I'd forgotten what fun vape shopping is!

My 2 iSticks from GearBest are on their way, got shipping confirmation this morning - ordered on Friday evening, shipped today. Not a bad turnaround at all. 12-25 business days to "normal country", whatever that means! Now the wait begins...

I bought a mini protank 3 clone from FT and I also have 2 genuine ones, no difference apart from the laser etched logo. MP

I remember cloned Vivi Novas that gurgled and spat and leaked all over the place so I'm still a bit wary of non-authentic kit.

Merry Christmas all! I bought 2 iSticks from GearBest on 12th December, they were sent (supposedly) on 15th with tracking number RS198713363NL via Netherlands Post. Tracking is still saying "this item is pre-adviced" which seems to mean it's not actually been sent yet. As I've had half a dozen orders sent from China since then, from GearBest and elsewhere, most of which don't have tracking numbers, I know they are not on one of their many holidays. I wouldn't expect this to have arrived yet, but I would expect at least some information. Is this standard procedure and I just need to wait til the postie knocks on my door, or should I contact the vendor?

This time of the year ANYTHING from China takes longer, my Smart20 was ordered on 2nd Dec, shipped on 5th and arrived 23rd (its brilliant btw) you've probably got another week at least to wait, tracking details aren't always updated, one parcel of mine that arrived over a week ago is still on the plane according to the tracking number
