Adding Flavour After Steeping

So.......... on the menu besides other juices, I have ChefsVapour (RedIce). I've had it steeping since 28/11/14, and last night decided to give it a tasting.
Here's the description from ChefsVapour.............

All well and good, and tastes exactly as above, although, I was thinking of adding to it, to take the (minty menthol) kick it has to it down a little.

I was thinking of adding some Huckleberry concentrate to it, not too much, just enough to tone it down a little.
If I do this, will I have to wait for it to steep all over again? or will it be fine once it's added? dont want to ruin it totally.

I believe fruits are pretty much good to go, so I would add a bit, give It a good shake and give It a try. No expert but this is what I would do

That's what I thought, I'll try it with 10ml and see how it goes
